Chesterfield County through its municipalities offers full time, comprehensive recreation programs in most localities. Park areas include playgrounds, softball & baseball fields, tennis courts, indoor/outdoor basketball courts and numerous walking trails. Lake Robinson, near McBee is a 2,250-acre lake with boating, skiing, fishing and other recreational outings. The Town of Chesterfield has a Family YMCA offering additional recreational offerings to all county citizens. And for retirees, Senior Circle, plus a number of other activities keep seniors very active and involved.
