The town of Pageland entered the town in a chance to win a $500,000 investment from "The Small Business Revolution Main Street" television program. Pageland has survived the cuts and is in the top 10 towns picked to get this money to give the town a face lift. The TV crew is visiting Pageland January 24, 2019. Click here to view the resolution.

Dynamic Brands, a Richmond, Va.-headquartered parent company for a portfolio of premium golf and recreational accessory brands, is relocating manufacturing and warehouse operations to Chesterfield County. The company's $3.8 million capital investment is projected to create at least 12 new jobs.
Founded in 2004, Dynamic Brands' operations include manufacturing and distribution, as well as business-to-business and direct-to-consumer sales. Offered through a variety of name brands, the company's product portfolio consists of golf and travel products, such as walking carts, golf bags, travel covers, embroidered golf towels and more.

Southern Current, a leading developer in the residential, commercial and utility-scale solar markets, is expanding its solar farm portfolio with a new facility in Chesterfield County. The company is investing $100 million in this latest project.
Southern Current is an owner and developer of utility-scale solar energy facilities across the southeastern United States. With an in-house team of development professionals, the company manages projects from site selection and origination through construction and operation.
